SRMS MUSKULOSKELETAL ULTRASOUND WORKSHOP
The SRMS MSK US Course 2023 held on 14th October 2023 at The Academia, SGH. Participants get to use the latest systems from Fujifilm Sonosite ultrasound system. We at Bluestone Corporation Pte Ltd, glad to be the part of their programmes.
The Society of Rehabilitation Medicine (Singapore) or SRMS is a non-profit organization representing rehabilitation physicians in Singapore. SRMS aims to promote the development of rehabilitation medicine and to improve the education and research in the field.
The course is being revamped as a 3-yearly syllabus intended for synchronisation with the Rehabilitation Medicine Senior Residency programmes, to encourage uptake of ultrasonography among younger specialists, and allow participants to be exposed to a breadth of topics with specific relevance to the specialty. “Basic/theoretical principles” lectures will focus on rehabilitation-specific concepts, with live scanning for the upper and lower limb as well as special zones split across the 3 years.
